Send it to us

A workbook that won't open in xmetric, or opens with different numbers or a different look than its author saw, is a bug on our side. Send us the file and we fix how xmetric reads files like it. The fix ships for everyone.

In the app, a file that fails to open shows a Send it to us button, and an open file has Looks wrong? in the top bar. You can also send one here.

What happens to your file

Nothing is uploaded until you press Send file. The file goes to private storage (Cloudflare R2) that no link or page can reach. We keep its name, size, type, a SHA-256 hash, the error the app showed, the app release, your note and your email if you gave one. We delete the file and that record after 30 days. To have it deleted sooner, email hello@getxmetric.com with the reference you get after sending. See the privacy page.
